Challerhocker is a raw milk cheese from Switzerland and has a nutty flavor, which would lend well to a grilled cheese or cheese sauce. They are also featuring a Swiss raw milk Gruyere, often used in French onion soup, chicken cordon bleu, fondue, and in a croque monsieur. Lastly, their Danish fontina, at only $9.99 a lb, is recommended by Rachael Ray on burgers, in frittatas, in paninis, and even on top of pizza.
